I chose this review because it had thousands of views which shows that many people were relying on this site to determine whether or not they were going to watch the movie. This video also had very positive opinions on the movie and stated it was; "the best movie of the year

Screen shot of The Times movie review

This site had very positive opinions about this film and rated the film 4 stars out of 5. The review was written byKevin Maher.

The Guardian also had very positive comments to make about this film, however there was also some negative comments due to the fact that some people that had not seen the earlier X-men films may not understand the film or enjoy it as much as the people that had, for example, the Guardian stated: "If you've consulted your ring-binder of data from the previous six X-Men movies, you'll probably enjoy this. If you come to it fresh, it can be like trying to follow two games of chess at once."

On a whole, all the reviews had something positive to say about the movie which could possibly be due to the movie being such a big production along with the fact the it was directed by Brian Singer who had also directed the previous X-men movies which had done very well.

Youtube mini survey

I conducted a survey to find out who goes on, and why people go on Youtube.

The people I asked were in between the age of 14 and 24 and I discovered that most people use Youtube to watch music videos, although some people used it to watch their favourite You-tubers and a smaller percentage used it to watch trailers for new films. From my research I found that people go on Youtube for on average 6 hours a week.

My conclusion from this research is that the majority of people that go on Youtube are under 25 years old, however some people over 25 years old go on Youtube regularly (usually to listen to music) although these people go on Youtube less often.

My reason for going on Youtube is to find out information about the making of films and the actors in films. I also enjoy following some You-tubers such Buzzfeed.

Production of X men

X Men Days of future past 2014

Production
company
The budget for this film was $200 million  and it made $750 million. this film was half british and half american and was a non independent.

One problem that came about in the making of this film was that the casting had to be re negotiated and some characters had to be changed, for example Jennifer Lawrence replaced Rebecca Romijn as mystique.

Brian singer was the director of this film and was also the director of all the previous X Men films and "The usual suspects." Singer originally turned down the offer because of the fact that he didn't know about the comics.

Starring

Filming took place in Washington DC purely because it was where the film was set. The film was also filmed digitally.

The music label for this film was sony
